PREPARATION

Shower and shave as normal and exfoliate thoroughly either the day before or the day of the spray. Please come to your appointment free of all moisturizers, deodorant, perfume, and make-up.

CLOTHING

Please bring or wear dark, loose fitting clothing and flip flops to wear home after your Spray Tan. Your tan will wash out of most natural fabrics but not all synthetics.

After-Care for your Spray Tan

After Spray Tan: The tan takes several hours to develop, so for the rest of the day please stay as cool and dry as possible. No lotions, no make-up, no swimming or standing in the rain! :) You will leave here with some color as there is a cosmetic bronzer in the product. It gives you a pretty color while your tan develops. If anything looks like it spots or runs or is darker in a crease...don't worry about it and please don't try to "fix" it! All of that cosmetic bronzer will wash away with your first shower. Don't be alarmed if your face looks too dark later today or when you get up in the morning...remember there is a cosmetic bronzer sitting on the surface of your skin and a tan has developed underneath. It will look beautiful and natural after you shower!

Wait 12 to 14 hours for your first shower. When you shower use a nice shower gel and just wash gently with your hands. Air dry or pat dry and then use a good moisturizer all over. Your tan should last about 7 days, and with proper maintenance color results can extend even longer! It's important to moisturize well every day and if your skin tends to be dry then twice a day is a good idea. Moisturizer helps the tan to last longer, to look more natural and to fade more evenly.

Avoid pools and spas entirely for a minimum of 24-48hrs

After your spray session a short 3-4 minute session (optional) in our standup will be suggested and create phenomenal results. The UV helps to bring out the color as well as fully dry the solution over your skin.
